Medicinal Uses** Amenorrhea, asthma, coughing, dysmenorrhea, exhaustion, gas, labor pains, sore throat, stress.  quite helpful with uterine problems, such as easing PMS and painful cramps in lower back, and regulating scanty periods.  Helpful during menopause for hot flashes, dizziness, headaches, night sweats, palpitations and irritability.  Useful for treating asthma as it relaxes spasm of the bronchial tubes as well as accompanying emotional tension and anxiety.  Particularly beneficial in curing bacterial infections of colon, intestines, urinary tract and the excretory system. It is equally effective in eliminating action of bacteria entering our body through water or food stuffs.   It will make gases pass out safely, with a downward motion.  Promotes digestion and relieves indigestion. It boosts secretion of gastric juices and bile, speeding up digestion.  Reduces blood pressure by relaxing the veins and arteries.  Makes eyes bright, protects them from infections, age related degenerations such as macular degeneration and clears eyesight when it becomes hazy due to age factor, internal wounds, infections etc.  It also delays cataract formation.

Blending Tips  Middle note.  Bright, earthy, herbaceous, with a subtle fruity note.  Blends well with , lavender, coriander, cardamom, geranium, sandalwood, cedarwood, pine, jasmine, frankincense, bergamot, chamomile, sweet marjoram, neroli, rosewood, ylang-ylang, orange and all citrus oils.
