Skin Care Can have adverse effects on the skin, and should be used in diluted form. It should be tested to see if it suits your skin. Apply only a small quantity of cinnamon oil initially and check if you get any allergic reaction. Do not apply cinnamon oil on the face and sensitive areas.

Oil distilled from the bark of the cinnamon tree is preferred over the oil distilled from the leaves. Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil, however, tends to be much more costly. Cinnamon blends well with various essential oils and hence it is added to many aromatherapy preparations. blends well with other essential oils such as lemon essential oil, rosemary essential oil, geranium essential oil, lavender essential oil and cardamom essential oil.
